Discover the history and stories of Tsurugajo Castle with our English-speaking guide.
鶴ヶ城では、外国人観光客の皆様にも会津の歴史や鶴ヶ城の魅力を楽しんでいただけるよう、英語による観光案内やサムライおもてなしを行っています。
活動日には、鶴ヶ城内での英語ガイドや、甲冑・侍衣装を着用したスタッフによるおもてなしなどを予定しています。
日によって時間・内容が異なりますので、下記をご確認のうえ、お越しください。

Join a 20–30 minute guided walk around Tsurugajo Castle Park and learn about the castle, Aizu history, and the sights around the grounds.
鶴ヶ城公園内を歩きながら、鶴ヶ城の歴史や見どころ、会津の歴史などについて英語でご案内します。

Please check the activity schedule below and visit the Tsurugajo Tourist Information Center during the designated reception time.

The guided walk takes place around the castle park and outside the castle keep.
Entry to the castle keep is not included.

SAMURAI OMOTENASHI サムライおもてなし
Meet our samurai at Tsurugajo Castle!
Staff dressed in samurai armor or traditional samurai-style clothing welcome visitors to the castle grounds.
Take photos, enjoy a short conversation, and experience a taste of samurai culture in Aizu.
甲冑や侍衣装を着用したスタッフが鶴ヶ城を訪れる皆様をお迎えします。
写真撮影や簡単な会話などを通して、会津・鶴ヶ城ならではの「サムライ」の雰囲気をお楽しみいただけます。

Meet Your English Guide 英語ガイド・侍おもてなしのスタッフ紹介
Dominyka joined Aizuwakamatsu City in September 2025 and works as an English guide at Tsurugajo Castle.
She also takes part in Samurai Omotenashi activities, helping visitors experience the atmosphere and history of Aizu, the Samurai City.
地域おこし協力隊として2025年9月に会津若松市へ着任し、鶴ヶ城の英語ガイドとして活動しています。
そのほか、侍衣装を着用した「侍おもてなし」を行い、会津・鶴ヶ城の魅力を海外から訪れる皆様にも伝えています。
